Due to the power outage and potential water shortage, IF the power is not back on by 9:00am. School will dismiss at 9:00am. Buses will run at 9:00am. Parents are able to pick their students up at any time. The power went off at or around 7:00am. At this time all buses were in route to campus. The decision was made to provide the students with breakfast that was already prepared and wait for an estimated time for power to return. Building principals will be on campus to help answer any questions or concerns.

During the April 12th regular board meeting, the Blevins Board of Education voted to maintain the current mask mandate that has been in place since the start of the 2020-2021 school year. The mask mandate states masks must be worn by adults and students when 6 feet of social distancing cannot be assured. New guidelines by the Arkansas Department of Health allow districts that continue to maintain a mask mandate to no longer quarantine students/staff as a probable close contact as long as the student and the individual who tested positive were both wearing masks. The Blevins School District's mask mandate will be in place through the end of the school year.
